These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the InstaKymbo connection service (“InstaKymbo,” “the Service”), operated by Kymbo. By using the Service to connect an Instagram Business account to a Kymbo-powered store, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
InstaKymbo is a secure OAuth connection service. Its sole purpose is to broker the login between a Kymbo merchant store (on Shopify or WordPress) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), so that the store can access the merchant’s own Instagram Business content. InstaKymbo does not itself display content, and does not store personal data or access tokens.
2. Eligibility & requirements
The Service works only with an Instagram Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page. You must have the authority to connect the account and the store you are connecting it to. Personal Instagram accounts are not supported.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only to connect accounts and stores you are authorized to manage.
- Do not attempt to intercept, tamper with, or reuse the connection tokens the Service handles.
- Do not use the Service to gain access to Meta assets you do not own or manage.
- Do not interfere with, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
4. Meta Platform Terms
Your connection and use of Instagram and Facebook data are also subject to Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. In case of any conflict regarding platform data, Meta’s terms prevail.
5. Availability & “as is”
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kymbo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any loss of access to Instagram or Facebook content.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
