This page explains how to remove data related to the InstaKymbo connection service and revoke its access to your Instagram and Facebook account.
InstaKymbo stores no data. The service keeps no database and retains no access tokens, so there is nothing held by InstaKymbo to delete. The steps below remove the connection at the two places where it actually lives: your store and Meta.
How to disconnect and delete your data

Disconnect Instagram in your store
Open your store admin (the Kymbo Instagram app in Shopify, or the Kymbo Instagram plugin in WordPress) and use the Disconnect option on the Instagram connection screen. This removes the stored access token from your store, which is where your Instagram data is held.

Revoke access on Facebook
Go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Business Integrations, find the Kymbo app, and choose Remove. This revokes the app’s permissions so it can no longer access your account.

Confirm removal (optional)
Once revoked, any previously issued token stops working. If you want written confirmation that no residual data remains, email us using the address below and we will respond.
